Teacher Portfolio

Dear Lecturers, as part of the Quality Assurance process, you are required to submit the Academic Portfolio to the Directory of Quality Assurance. You can submit the form either in English or Kurdish. Please download the template from the following links and submit the filled out form including the relevant document attachments if necessary.

Teacher Portfolio Evaluation Procedure

1. Personal Lecturer Account
Every lecturer has their own personal account and dashboard on Soran University's Quality Assurance System (qasys.soran.edu.iq), through which they complete their portfolio form.

2. Self-Assessment
After completing the portfolio form, the lecturer carries out a self-assessment through their personal account. For each criterion, they indicate what they have accomplished during the academic year, supported by evidence. This gives the evaluation committee a clearer picture of the lecturer's work.

3. Formation of the Evaluation Committee
In accordance with the Ministry's Quality Assurance Guide, each faculty forms a committee to evaluate lecturer portfolios, composed of:

• Assistant Dean (Committee Chair)

• Head of Department

• Director of Quality Assurance and Programme Development

• Director of Postgraduate Studies

• An experienced lecturer

4. Notification of Results
Once the evaluation is complete, the result appears directly in the lecturer's personal account.

5. Right of Appeal
Lecturers have the right to appeal. The University Presidency forms a committee to review and follow up on appeals, ensuring that lecturers' rights are protected.

مامۆستایانی خۆشەویست، وەک بەشێک لە پرۆسەی دڵنیایی جۆری، پێویستە ساڵانە هەگبەی زانستی مامۆستا پێشکەش بە بەڕێوەبەرایەتی دڵنیایی جۆری بکرێت. هەگبەی مامۆستا بە زمانی ئینگلیزی یاخود زمانی کوردی پێشکەش دەکرێت. بۆ داگرتنی تێمپلێتی هەگبە کلیک لەسەر ئەم لینکانەی خوارەوە بکە، پاشان لە ڕێگەی فۆرمی خوارەوە هەگبەی مامۆستا پێشکەش بکە.

شێوازی هەڵسەنگاندنی هەگبەی مامۆستا

١. هەژماری تایبەتی مامۆستا
هەر مامۆستایەک لەسەر سیستەمی دڵنیایی جۆری زانکۆی سۆران (qasys.soran.edu.iq) هەژمار و داشبۆردێکی تایبەت بە خۆی هەیە، کە لە ڕێگەیەوە فۆرمی هەگبەکەی پڕ دەکاتەوە.

٢. خۆهەڵسەنگاندن
دوای پڕکردنەوەی فۆرمی هەگبە، مامۆستا لە ڕێگەی هەژمارە تایبەتەکەی خۆیەوە خۆهەڵسەنگاندن دەکات. لە بەرامبەر هەر خاڵێک ئاماژە بەوە دەکات کە لە ماوەی ساڵەکەدا چی ئەنجام داوە، لەگەڵ بەڵگەکانی. ئەمەش بەرچاوڕوونی زیاتر بە لیژنەی هەڵسەنگاندن دەدات.

٣. پێکهێنانی لیژنەی هەڵسەنگاندن
بەپێی ڕێبەری دڵنیایی جۆری وەزارەت، لە هەر فاکەڵتییەک لیژنەیەک بۆ هەڵسەنگاندنی هەگبەی مامۆستا پێکدەهێنرێت، بەم شێوەیە:

سەرۆکی بەش

بەڕێوەبەری دڵنیایی جۆری و پەرەپێدانی پرۆگرامەکان

بەڕێوەبەری خوێندنی باڵا

٤. ئاگادارکردنەوەی مامۆستا بە ئەنجام
دوای تەواوبوونی هەڵسەنگاندن، ئەنجامەکە ڕاستەوخۆ لە هەژماری تایبەتی مامۆستاکەدا دەردەکەوێت.

٥. مافی ناڕەزایی (اعتراض)
مامۆستا مافی ناڕەزایی دەربڕینی هەیە. لیژنەیەک لەلایەن سەرۆکایەتی زانکۆوە پێکدەهێنرێت بۆ بەدواداچوونی ناڕەزاییەکان، بۆ ئەوەی مافەکانی مامۆستا پارێزراو بن.
